This Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria for requesting a refund for any services or digital products purchased through our website or directly from our team.
At AgenticMode AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI agents and automation services tailored to each client’s unique business needs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued, and aims to provide clarity for both parties involved in a project.
1. Refund Eligibility by Service Type
A. Custom Project-Based Services
This includes AI agent development, automation workflows, integrations, and other one-time scoped services.
✅ Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all the following are true:
The request is made within 14 calendar days of payment.
Work has not yet started.
No planning documents, wireframes, or consultation sessions have been delivered.
🟡 Partial Refund
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
Work has started, but less than 50% of the total agreed scope is completed.
The request is made within 30 days of payment.
The deliverables provided do not align with the original written scope, despite at least 3 revision attempts.
Refund amount will be calculated based on:
Time spent
Work completed
Third-party costs (if any)
❌ No Refund
Refunds are not granted when:
Over 50% of the project is completed or delivered.
The client approved earlier versions or drafts.
The client failed to provide required inputs despite repeated follow-ups.
The client changed the scope mid-way without scope or payment adjustment.
The refund request is made more than 30 days after payment.
B. Monthly or Subscription-Based Services
Includes ongoing automation support, monitoring, and retainer-based AI services.
✅ Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of the current billing cycle only if:
No services have been rendered in that billing cycle.
The refund request is made within 3 days of billing date.
❌ No Refund
Refunds are not offered for:
Any billing cycle where service has started (even partially).
Failure to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
Past billing cycles.
You may cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future charges.
C. Consulting Calls & Strategy Sessions
✅ Refunds may be issued if:
The session was paid for but not scheduled within 14 days.
We fail to deliver the session at the agreed time and no reschedule is offered.
❌ No Refund
No refunds for completed sessions or no-shows (client missed the call).
D. Digital Deliverables (Templates, Tools)
These are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
2. Client-Side Delays & Miscommunication
Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
The client does not respond within 7 business days at any project stage.
The client fails to provide necessary access, materials, or approvals.
Delays or dissatisfaction result from unclear or changing instructions.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please send an email to support@agenticmode.ai with the subject line:
“Refund Request – [Your Full Name / Company Name]”
Please include:
Order or invoice ID
Payment date
Description of the issue
Any supporting documentation
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete our review within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you’re dissatisfied with our service, we strongly encourage contacting us before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider. We’re committed to working toward a fair resolution.
